How much will I have to pay for delivery?
Nothing! We offer FREE delivery on all rugs with no minimum purchase required. The prices you see on our website will be price you pay.
Will I need to add VAT?
No, VAT is included in all of our prices.
How long will it take for my rug to be delivered?
It depends upon the rug you have chosen, most will be delivered within 7 working days, but some, like custom made can take a little longer. In any case we will keep you updated with an estimated time when you order.
What if I don't like it when it arrives? 
We understand that sometimes this happens and as long as it has not been custom made for you, just let us know within 14 days of delivery and then you have two options; a/ we will exchange it for any other rug and only charge you the difference (if any) in the price of the rug or b/ We will arrange for it to be collected free of charge and give you a full refund. The only thing we ask is that you re-package it as it was delivered to you and our Free collections are limited to two per household.
What happens if it is damaged or not what I ordered? 
It's really important to check the rug isn't damaged and is the one you ordered before signing for it, but if you only discover a problem when you lay it out in your room, let us know within 24 hours or as soon as you can. We may ask you to take a couple of pictures and send them to us, but if everything is in order we will simply replace it free of charge or collect it and give you a refund.
When will I receive my refund? 
We process all returns within 24hrs of receiving any returned rugs although please allow at least 48 hours for your refund to post back to your original credit/debit card.
